Studio Portrait

We were told to take two different types of pictures, one set up in a studio with artificial light and one set up with natural light and a bounce card. In the picture on the left, we used a bounce card to put light on the shadows that were created from the natural light to make an even picture. The picture on the right, we used a set up studio which consisted of a main light, a shadow light, a back light and a background.

I learned a lot about the usual set up for a studio photoshoot and what all of the light do to make the general picture look better. This assignment also showed me how to take great quality pictures on a budget instead of spending a lot on studio lights and having to set it all up.
